Here at Embassy, we shred more than just paper. We also shred and dispose of non-paper items such as expired products, hard drives and media, pill bottles, and more.
When you call us to schedule a time to come out, you will speak with one of our team members and give them information about your items such as quantity, size, etc. so that we can better cater to your needs. At the time of service, one of our certified and uniformed employees will come to your location to pick up your items and take them back to our secure facility. Onsite service is not available for non-paper items because of the equipment needed for this service. Once the product is at our NAID certified facility, a certified employee will put the products into a machine similar to a wood-chipper made for metals and plastics. The machine then pulverizes the items into dust and your items are gone! A certificate of destruction is available for this service, but we cannot allow customers to see the destruction for safety and security reasons.
