One of our most popular services is the plant-based shred, where you bring your documents to us and drop them off! A lot of our customers call with questions about this service, so I thought that I would write a quick post about it to explain it to everyone! Let's look at the process.
Get your documents ready for shred. When getting your documents ready for shredding, it is important to remove any binders, binder clips, or folders with large pieces of metal. Staples, rubber bands, and paper clips can be left in your documents. Your documents can be packaged however works best for you or loose in your vehicle!
Bring your documents to Embassy. Our headquarters in College Station, Texas accepts drop off shredding. Give us a call at (800) 717-1443 for directions! No appointment is necessary, just show up anytime between 8 and 5 Monday - Friday!
An Embassy employee unloads your documents and weighs the total. Once you get your documents to us, your work is done! One of our certified employees will unload your documents into one of our bins and weigh your total.
Check out. One of our friendly staff members will check you out according to the weight of your documents. Then you can breathe easy because your documents will be shred within 24 hours of arriving at our plant!
