At Embassy RMS we offer two shredding services - onsite or offsite. Simply put, do you want the document shredding to take place at our location or yours?
Both onsite and offsite shredding services safely and securely destroy your documents and keep your information secure. For both onsite and offsite shredding, one of our NAID certified and uniformed employees will meet you at your location to retrieve your documents. After your documents have been destroyed, a certificate of destruction can be provided for both services at your request.
For onsite shredding, our employee will come retrieve your documents and shred them at your location inside our mobile shred truck. This service option provides you with the opportunity to see your files being shredded.
For offsite shredding, our employees will collect your files at your location and transport them back to our NAID certified facility. You will receive a certificate of destruction, but you will not be able to see your files getting shredded. Throughout the shredding process the files remain in a locked company vehicle until they reach our facility, then they are placed in our secure and recorded staging area until shredded.
