Smaller Shredding Projects - Drop Off Shredding
This service will require you to load your paperwork into your car and drive them over to one of our drop off locations. Our friendly staff will greet you at the door and help you unload your documents into one of our secure shredding bins.
Medium Sized Shredding Projects - Mobile Shredding
Embassy RMS offers one-time bulk paper shredding as needed at your location for things like old client records, tax and bank records, or anything else that requires secure and confidential purging. Done under the supervision of your company, there is never a concern about sensitive documents with Embassy RMS. Our service is fast, efficient, and cost-effective and abides by NAID standards for your protection. Our certified employees arrive at your home or business and destroy your documents using our mobile shred vehicles in your presence, allowing you to witness the destruction process. We can also pick up the documents and bring them back to our secure plant-based shredding facility. Both of these services are NAID certified and after completion, you will receive a certificate of destruction.
Ongoing Shredding Projects - Scheduled Shredding
For companies with continuous shredding and document destruction needs, Embassy RMS business mobile shredding service offers free, locking shred containers for the utmost in convenience and time savings. These containers can be placed in different spots in your facility for document disposal; it is not required to remove staples, paperclips, or any binding as our advanced, industrial shredding machines can shred almost anything.
When enrolled in our mobile shredding service, customers are visited as scheduled by a uniformed Embassy RMS staff member who will take all collection containers to our waiting truck to be shredded right at your location while you watch. Containers are then returned to their location in the business for continued use. These routine shreds can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis – or however often they are needed.
