Our friendly shred staff will come out to your vehicle and remove the shred drop off papers from your vehicle. We then take the papers into our secure NAID certified facility where all of the shred drop off materials are weighed and then confidentially shredded. We offer contactless shred drop off as well. For this option you simply arrive, call, and then exit your vehicle. Once again, our friendly NAID certified staff will remove all of the shred drop off material from your vehicle. You hop back in your car once the shred drop off material is removed. Then you just call the same number and we can run your credit card information remotely for the shred drop off material. We also have a great substitute for the shred drop off. We offer shred pick up. This option allows us to come to your home or residence to remove the shredding material. We can bring out a secure mobile onsite shred truck or shred collection truck to your home for shred pick up. This alternative to a shred drop off is very handy for clients that don’t want to haul all of their confidential records away from their home. Just give us a call and schedule a shred pick up any time. We offer shred drop offs and shred pick up every day of the week. We can call ahead up to two hours prior to arrival if the shred pick up option is best for your home or business. No appointment is necessary for the shred drop off option. Box sales. We sell standard letter/ legal size banker boxes. We guarantee the boxes for the life of the box. Box replacements are free. If you do a shred drop off or a shred pick up we can give you back your shred boxes if you want to keep them for a shred drop off for the next time. Need document scanning? We got you. We can scan a few documents or thousands and index them however you like. Want everything scanned and sent to the cloud? We handle that too. Need those hard drives destroyed? We got you on that too. In this service, customers can bring sensitive material to our NAID certified facility, and we will destroy the material at our site. Our drop-off hours are from 8:00 AM- 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We charge a $28.00 dollar minimum which covers the first 145 pounds. After the minimum is met the cost is $0.20 per pound. Due to security and liability concerns, we do not provide witnessed destruction to walk-in customers*. Your material will be destroyed within 24 hours and a certificate of destruction is available for this service.
*If you would like to witness the destruction process we can provide mobile shredding at your home or business.
Plant Based Shredding
Embassy provides secure media and hard drive destruction services to individuals, business, and organizations. The materials are permanently destroyed and non-recoverable. A certificate of destruction is available for this service.
