• You pack up the records in the boxes.

• We pick up the boxes and transport them to our secure facility.

• The average cost is .30 per box per month.

• You can easily access your files 24/7 using our secure client portal.

• If you need a file or box you can request it online or by phone anytime. 

• We also offer after hour and rush services.

Advanced Tracking and Technology

Our secure client portal makes managing and accessing your records simple.

• We provide you with barcodes to place on each box

• You use the secure client portal to describe the contents of each box

• The client portal allows you to search, locate, and request services 24/7.

• The client portal provides detailed inventory reports and you can set up expiration dates for specific boxes. When the box has met it's retention period you will receive a notification asking you if you would like to destroy the documents or continue storing.
