What is a shred drop off and how does it work?
Embassy Records Management and Storage offers a shred drop off service for business or residential home patrons. It works like this: Gather all of your sensitive confidential paper documents together. Once you are ready for the shred drop off location just give us a call at 800-717-1443. We will coordinate your shred drop off at either of our central Texas locations. Once you arrive to the facility give us a buzz or come into the office and let us know you have arrived. Our friendly shred staff will come out to your vehicle and remove the shred drop off papers from your vehicle. We then take the papers into our secure NAID certified facility where all of the shred drop off materials are weighed and then confidentially shredded. We offer contactless shred drop off as well. For this option you simply arrive, call, and then exit your vehicle. Once again, our friendly NAID certified staff will remove all of the shred drop off material from your vehicle. You hop back in your car once the shred drop off material is removed. Then you just call the same number and we can run your credit card information remotely for the shred drop off material. What if a shred drop off is not the best option?
We also have a great substitute for the shred drop off. We offer shred pick up. This option allows us to come to your home or residence to remove the shredding material. We can bring out a secure mobile onsite shred truck or shred collection truck to your home for shred pick up. This alternative to a shred drop off is very handy for clients that don’t want to haul all of their confidential records away from their home. Just give us a call and schedule a shred pick up any time. We offer shred drop offs and shred pick up every day of the week. We can call ahead up to two hours prior to arrival if the shred pick up option is best for your home or business. No appointment is necessary for the shred drop off option. Just show up and call and we will take care of all of your drop off papers.
What else can be shred other than papers?
If you have any laptops, CPU’s, flash drives, hard drives or HD, HDD, CD’s etc. laying around bring them too. Shred drop offs at Embassy are for all of the above. We don’t just shred paper. We have the cheapest, most competitive pricing in town and we can provide you with a certificate of destruction after your shred drop off. Same applies for the shred pick up. Box sales. We sell standard letter/ legal size banker boxes. We guarantee the boxes for the life of the box. Box replacements are free. If you do a shred drop off or a shred pick up we can give you back your shred boxes if you want to keep them for a shred drop off for the next time. Need document scanning? We got you. We can scan a few documents or thousands and index them however you like. Want everything scanned and sent to the cloud? We handle that too. Need those hard drives destroyed? We got you on that too.
